These days people use tactics to trick people into having an initial conversation. They hide the company, the salary, or the reality of the role. We don’t do that here. Our network is qualified and we don’t want to waste yours or their time.

 
 

Bring the best.

Let’s be honest, all jobs are not created equal. We know which ones are great. No, I am not interested in the gig that is lower than my level based in Omaha. Each member of our network wants the best in their next role, so we filter out the ones that are less desirable.

Senior & Up

Experience is important and our network has a lot of it. We’ve spent years in this industry and the roles we’re looking for reflect our time in it. Open positions should all be senior and above.
